SELLING A WORK OF ART

We handle fine art on a consignment basis. Our contracts agreements are for a 90-day period, within which we have the exclusive right to sell the artwork.

As the seller, you and your artwork are protected throughout the entire process and you will have possession of your artwork until you accept an offer from a buyer.

In order to provide us and in turn interested buyers with the most thorough information, we will need the following:

Artist Name, Title, Date, Dimensions, Medium, Edition Number (if applicable)

  • Condition of the work
  • Provenance, including previous bill of sale if you have one
  • Digital images* of the artwork - front, back, a close-up of the signature, and a few details of the piece, including any condition issues

    *Images need to have a resolution of at least 72 pixels, and at least 600 pixels on the smallest side.
